RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Because most Pixel Me Now products are personalized and made-to-order, we generally can’t accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or you received the incorrect order/item. We want you to love your pixel-perfect order, so if there’s ever an issue, please reach out right away at info@pixelmenow.com.

 

REFUNDS

Refunds are only available if:

  • You receive the wrong item
  • Your item arrives damaged or defective

If this happens, send us an email at info@pixelmenow.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including photos of the issue and your order number. We’ll get it sorted quickly, either with a replacement or a refund.

 

CANCELLATIONS

Orders move into production quickly (usually within 24 hours). Once the design file has been created and sent to our vendors, we can’t cancel the order.

Since most of our items are custom-made, we can’t resell them, so please double-check names, dates, and details before you hit order. We’re a small creative team, and every order truly matters. Thank you for your support and understanding!

 

EXCHANGES

We currently don’t offer exchanges. Please review the sizing charts provided in each listing to see what best suits your need.

In the rare case that an item was mislabeled by the vendor, please contact us at info@pixelmenow.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos, and we’ll send you the correct one at no extra cost.
