WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?

All of our products are made to order.

For personalized items, our designers begin working on your design within 12 hours of purchase before sending it to production.

Please remember, production time is separate from shipping time.

    • Production time: Different products take different time to make. See the product page for the most up-to-date details.
    • Estimated U.S. mainland shipping: 5–10 business days (excluding weekends).
      Orders outside the mainland U.S. (like Hawaii) may take longer.

 

WHERE WILL MY ORDER SHIP FROM?

We partner with different U.S.-based manufacturers. Your order will be produced and shipped from the facility best suited for your item.

 

WILL ALL MY ITEMS SHIP TOGETHER?

Not always! Since we use multiple production partners, items may come from different facilities. If your order has multiple items, they may arrive in different boxes on different days.

Each package will have its own tracking number so you can keep an eye on everything.

 

WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOMS FOR MY ORDER?

If you’re ordering internationally, additional customs or tax fees may apply. These fees are set by your local customs office, not Pixel Me Now.

Since policies vary by country, we recommend checking directly with your local office for details.

 

DO YOU OFFER GIFT-WRAPPING OR GIFT MESSAGES?

At this time, we can’t include gift messages or wrapping, since we don’t produce or pack the items ourselves. But—we’re working closely with our partners to make this available in the future!

 

MY ORDER SHOULD BE HERE BY NOW, BUT I STILL DON’T HAVE IT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Before reaching out to us, please:

    • Double-check your shipping confirmation email to make sure the address is correct.
    • Ask your local post office if they’ve received the package.
    • Check with neighbors in case the courier left it with them.
    • If the shipping courier confirms the package is lost, please file a police report before contacting us at info@pixelmenow.com with your order number.


HOW DO I WASH MY WOVEN BLANKETS?

Our woven blankets are easy to care for:

    • Machine wash on cold water + gentle cycle only.
    • Wash separately from clothing with zippers or items that could snag the threads.
    • Hang dry to keep it looking fresh.

 

HOW ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE?

All Pixel Me Now products are produced locally in USA by trusted production partners. This helps us reduce waste and ensure quality.


HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

When your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking link.

I RECEIVED A WRONG OR DAMAGED PRODUCT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We’re so sorry if your order didn’t arrive as expected! To help us resolve it quickly, please:

    1. Email info@pixelmenow.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
    2. Include your order number and photos of the wrong/damaged item.
      We’ll take care of the issue right away with a replacement or refund.


WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Because most Pixel Me Now products are personalized and made-to-order, we generally can’t accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or you received the incorrect order/item. We want you to love your pixel-perfect order, so if there’s ever an issue, please reach out right away at info@pixelmenow.com.


DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?

Refunds are only available if:

    • You receive the wrong item
    • Your item arrives damaged or defective

If this happens, send us an email at info@pixelmenow.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including photos of the issue and your order number. We’ll get it sorted quickly, either with a replacement or a refund.


CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Orders move into production quickly (usually within 12 hours). Once the design file has been created and sent to our vendors, we can’t cancel the order.Since most of our items are custom-made, we can’t resell them, so please double-check names, dates, and details before you hit order. We’re a small creative team, and every order truly matters. Thank you for your support and understanding!


CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE OR COLOR?

At this time, we don’t offer exchanges for size or color. To help avoid sizing issues, please check the size chart located in the product description section of each item before placing your order.That said, mistakes can happen! If you received an item that was mislabeled:

    1. Contact us at info@pixelmenow.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
    2. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled product.

We’ll send you a corrected item or issue a refund—whichever you prefer.


WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 5-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.If you haven't received a credit for your return yet, here's what to do:

    • Contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time before the refund to you.
